About these terms and who we are

These terms govern your use of i-gaming.tools and its catalogue, downloadable assets, data export and public REST API (the "Service"). The Service is run by an independent team. We are not a registered company; "we", "us" and "our" refer to that team. Responsibility for these terms and for contacting us rests with a designated contact reachable at the email addresses below.

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

iGaming Tools is an independent data resource. We are not a casino, bookmaker or gambling operator. We take no bets or wagers, hold no player funds, and provide no gambling, financial, investment or professional advice. Everything here is for information only.

Eligibility (18+)

The Service is for adults only. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 and at least the legal age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and that your access is lawful where you are located. If not, you must not use the Service.

The service — what we provide

  • A catalogue of slot data captured from publicly available provider demos.
  • Free demo links.
  • Downloadable asset kits, JSON and data export, and colour palettes.
  • A public REST API.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

Accounts and API use

You can register and create API tokens, with a free monthly request quota. We may apply, change and enforce rate limits at our discretion. Keep your tokens confidential; their use is your responsibility, and you should notify [email protected] if a token is compromised.

We may rate-limit, suspend or revoke tokens or accounts without notice where this is necessary for security, to prevent abuse, or to comply with a legal obligation. In other cases we will give you reasonable notice, and you can contact us at [email protected] if you believe action was taken in error.

Paid plans are not currently available, and we do not process payments. We may offer paid options in the future under separate terms, which would be presented to you before any charge.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Break, disrupt, overload or probe the Service, its infrastructure or its security.
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas or access controls.
  • Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights.
  • Resell, redistribute or sublicense access as if it were your own.

You may make reasonable use of the free data and assets for your own articles, sites or design work, subject to the intellectual property section below.

Intellectual property and third-party content

  1. Ours. The structured dataset, its compilation and selection, and the site text, layout and software are ours. A compilation can be protected even where the underlying facts are not.
  2. Not ours. Slot screenshots, symbols, game names, logos and artwork are the intellectual property of the respective providers and owners. We do not own them and cannot grant you any rights to that third-party intellectual property. Downloadable assets are provided "for reference only" and "as is", and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licences and permissions for your use. Provider names and trademarks are used for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Notice and takedown. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please email [email protected] with details of the content and your rights. We will review the request and remove or address the content promptly.

Some outbound operator links are affiliate links, which we identify as such; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence the data we publish, our descriptions, our rankings or placement.

Gambling is strictly for adults aged 18 or over and carries real financial risk and the potential for harm. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and seek support if you need it — for example from BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) or GamCare (gamcare.org.uk). We do not verify and do not claim that every linked operator holds a gambling licence in your jurisdiction; you should check this yourself before using any operator.

Disclaimers and data accuracy

Our data comes from public demos and is provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. It may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date (a capture timestamp is shown). A real-money operator may run different settings (for example, a different RTP) than the demo, so demo data is not a guarantee of anything. Nothing here is gambling, financial or professional advice. Responsible gambling: gambling carries risk and can be addictive. Please gamble responsibly, only with money you can afford to lose, and seek support if needed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Service, data, assets or API.
  • Any gambling, financial or other decisions made in reliance on the Service.
  • Reliance on the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data.
  • Third-party content, links, operators or assets.

Because the Service is free, to the fullest extent permitted by law our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us for it, which is currently nil.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and will revise the "Last updated" (effective) date. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice and, where you hold an account, notify you by email to your account address. For minor changes, continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the Service.

Consumers

If you are a consumer, these terms do not remove your statutory rights.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement and no waiver

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. A failure or delay by us in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in this clause affects your right to bring proceedings there.
